Our manufacturer's specially designed process allows Texas Technologies to provide products meeting or exceeding the requirements of Cleanliness Specification IEST-STD-CC1246D, level 100.

Cleanroom Packaging, both roll-stock and finished bags, can be supplied in widths ranging from 2” to 64” lay flat (gussetting may be required). Bag lengths are available from 2” long to any required length.

 

Available LDPE Bags & Tubing

Standard LDPE - Low Density Polyethylene:	2mil - 8mil, This product is specifically designed for use in applications where cleanliness levels meeting or exceeding IEST-CC-STD 1246D level 100 are necessary. This Custom Barefoot Polyethylene contains no additives such as slip, anti-block or antioxidants and exhibits excellent characteristics in the areas of Ionic Contamination, Outgassing, Non-Vapor Residue and Cleanliness.
Anti-Static Poly (Pink)	2mil - 8mil, This anti-static product is specially designed for packaging applications that require “LOW OUTGASSING”, exceptional cleanliness and meet the requirements of anti-static film. This anti-static film is AMINE FREE, available in colors, and has an extended shelf life.
ULO - Ultra Low Outgassing :	4mil, Ultra Low Outgassing (ULO®) Polyethylene was engineered specifically for critical products that require packaging in a film that combines low ionic contamination and ultra low outgassing. As a primary barrier bag ULO® poly is an excellent choice because of low outgassing, low ionics, durability, gas barrier and ease of sealing.
Cleantuff Poly :	4mil, Available for purchase online, This product is specifically designed for use in applications where cleanliness levels meeting or exceeding IEST-CC-STD 1246D level 100 are necessary. Increased attributes allow for downgauging or greatly improving the performance over standard resins.
