Ultra-R2 -- 2 Layer Rubber

Excellent resistance to solvents, hot solder, and soldering irons makes the Ultra-R2 mat the ultimate static safe work surface. Electrical performance is enhanced by using a two layer combination of static dissipative and conductive rubber materials. Ultra-R2 mats combine the low contact resistance and convenience of soft mats, and the conductivity and durability of hard laminates. Meets the requirements of EOS/ESD Standard #4.1, EIA 625, MIL-HDBK-263, and MIL-STD-1686. Available in Blue or Gray.

Premium -- 3 Layer Vinyl

Three layers provide excellent electrical properties. The top layer is tough, easy to clean, dissipative vinyl. The center layer, a highly conductive metal scrim, moves the charge from the surface to ground quickly. The bottom layer is a durable, non-skid cushion of dissipative foam. Meets the requirements of EOS/ESD Standard #4.1, EIA 625, MIL-HDBK-263, and MIL-STD-1686. Available in Blue or Gray.

Quality -- Solid Vinyl

Our Quality mats offer the highest grade of homogenous static dissipative vinyl for good electrical properties and long wear. Meets the requirements of MIL-HDBK-263 and MIL-STD-1686. Available in Blue or Gray.

Economy -- 2 Layer Vinyl

Our Economy mats cleverly combine a top layer of durable static dissipative vinyl with foam backing for adequate electrical properties and cushioning while providing the most inexpensive static safe work surface. Great for work tables and areas around computers, copiers, and PBX equipment. Available only in Gray.

Floor Mats

People on the move can cause the most static damage. When walking, people "Tribocharge," building up static on their bodies. The body's static charge is safely drained to ground by wearing a heel grounder on each shoe while walking on a static dissipative floor mat or ESD floor.

Floor Mat -- Solid Vinyl

This wear resistant floor mat is made from the homogenous static dissipative vinyl. Use Heel or Toe Grounders and the Floor Mat GroundCord to complete your floor mat grounding system.

Anti-Fatigue Mat -- Foamed Vinyl

Static dissipative 3/8" thick vinyl helps prevent the fatigue caused by standing for extended periods on a hard floor. Use Heel or Toe Grounders, and the Floor Mat Ground Cord to complete your floor mat grounding system.

Rubber Floor Mat- homogeneous

Homogenous conductive rubber construction provides resistance to wear, hot solder, oil grease, and solvents. This mat's conductive resistance value ensures rapid discharge from personnel wearing heel grounders. The low profile reduces trip hazard and is preferred for use with rolling carts or chairs. Mat can be reversed for double usage. Thickness: 0.060". Color is black.
