FREE-SAT® “Clean-Cut” Nonwoven Pre-Saturated Wipes

These pre-cut, non-woven saturated wipes come in three different sizes: 7×7”, 9×9”, and 9×11”, and are presaturated with 70% isopropyl alcohol / 30% DI water. These wipes contain four clean-cut edges as opposed to having loose fibers on two sides due to perforating. 

The 7×7” FREE-SAT wipes are packaged in convenient containers that allow the user to open, remove a wipe, and close the container with one hand, while the 9×9” FREE-SAT wipes are packaged in convenient resealable pouches, which can be wiped down with IPA and stored inside the cleanroom. Both of these sizes are made of the NOVA-TECH 1000™ fabric, a material made of polyester and cellulose that is tough, abrasion-resistant, and virtually free of particle generation and extractable chemicals.

The 9×11” FREE-SAT wipes are made of 100% meltdown polypropylene. These wipes are extremely clean, free of additives, and feature a very high level of absorbency. They are packed in convenient resealable pouches, making it easy to dispense one wipe at a time.
