VpCI® BioBoard™ is a corrosion inhibiting emitter designed for the circular economy. It emits Vapor phase Corrosion Inhibitors from both sides to protect ferrous and non-ferrous metals within an enclosed space.

This innovative emitter is made with renewable and recycled materials and is a USDA Certified Biobased Product. VpCI® BioBoard™ simplifies packaging and preservation by leaving protected items ready to use — no degreasing or coating removal required. After use, VpCI® BioBoard™ can be recycled in the paperboard stream, bringing environmentally responsible sourcing and disposal full circle.

APPLICATION

VpCI® BioBoard™ is easy to use. Simply place the appropriate size of VpCI® BioBoard™ into your package, close the package, and allow corrosion inhibiting vapors to fill the space and protect metal surfaces.

PACKAGING & STORAGE

Available in 4” x 5” (10.16 cm x 12.7 cm)  – 250 per carton, and 8” x 12” (20.32 cm x 30.48 cm)  – 250 per carton stock sizes. Custom sizes available upon request.

To ensure best product performance, store in original packaging, indoors, and out of direct sunlight at 40-100 °F (4-38 °C).

Shelf life: 2 years

APPROXIMATE DOSAGES

4’’ x 5’’ (10.16 cm x 12.7 cm) protects up to 1.5 ft³ (0.042 m³) . 8’’ x 12’’ (20.32 cm x 30.48 cm) protects up to 8 ft³ (0.23 m³). Custom sizes protect up to 10 ft³ per ft² of material (3 m³/m²).

After use, make sure that VpCI® BioBoard™ is free from contamination before recycling in accordance with local regulations.
