Description
The thermocouple assembly on the Model 8000 Vacuum Sealer consists of the Thermocouple, connector, and boot. There is also a piece of 1/8″ tubing to secure the thermocouple wire in the TC block and a piece of 1/2″ Teflon to cover the wire.
