Description
Valutek’s pre-saturated spunlace non-woven wiper is composed of a hydro-entangled, nonwoven blend containing 55% cellulose and 45% polyester, with various saturation levels of isopropyl alcohol and DI water.
The pre-saturated format enhances the wiper’s absorbent capacity, effectiveness, and reduces airborne contamination compared to traditional solvent bottle
dispensers, sprays, and spills.
All Valutek pre-saturated wipers are mixed and cleanroom vacuum sealed under documented inspection, and process control to meet Valutek quality standards and product
specifications.

Application:
As part of the Valutek Nanotek product family, this product is recommended for use in cleanroom Class 1 -10 (ISO 3-4) critical environments.
This wiper is also commonly utilized in a wide variety of applications, including cleaning medical device products, cleaning video displays, cleaning instrument panels, and
general wiping and cleaning in the semiconductor and microelectronics industry.
