Understencil Wiping Rolls are a critical part of the SMT PCB assembly process. Using high quality rolls can reduce or prevent defect-causing smearing, bridging, and solder balls produced by normal printing of solder paste onto PC Boards. SmartRolls 4202DK
SmartRolls effectively remove residual contaminants, with or without solvents. They are designed to help prevent production defects associated with circuit board printing. The high tear resistance raises MTBF and reduces operator intervention, resulting in efficient and low cost production. SmartRolls are individually shrink wrapped in a protective static dissipative ESD safe film, with superior static control properties, allowing for an extended shelf life

4000 Series is a hydroentangled blend of 54% cellulose / 46% polyester cleanroom grade wiping roll for cleaning under stencils between prints. This material effectively removes residual adhesives, solder pastes and fluxes, with or without solvents. Using our high quality wiping roll will help prevent many common production defects like bridging, smearing, solder balls, and other problems associated with circuit board printing. Due to its excellent airflow characteristics, this material will not compromise vacuum power, optimizing aperture cleaning performance. - Manufactured from poly-rayon with a tough polymeric resin; providing a strong, absorbent and abrasion resistant product
- The unique bonding characteristics of the resin at the intersections contribute to the high strength and low-linting qualities
- Anti-static properties decrease the chances of static discharge onto solder traces and components
- Densified fabric allows for fewer roll changes; therefore, producing less downtime and enormous cost savings

- Dark color turns darker when wet showing solvent penetration and provides more contrast to solder paste, showing removal efficiency
