Manufactured from poly-rayon with a tough polymeric resin; providing a strong, absorbent and abrasion resistant product
The unique bonding characteristics of the resin at the intersections contribute to the high strength and low-linting qualities
Anti-static properties decrease the chances of static discharge onto solder traces and components
Densified fabric allows for fewer roll changes; therefore, producing less downtime and enormous cost savings
Many open voids for aggressive collection of solder paste and adhesives
Has porosity required to maximize the use of vacuum systems
Dark color turns darker when wet showing solvent penetration and provides more contrast to solder paste, showing removal efficiency

4000 Series is a hydroentangled blend of 54% cellulose / 46% polyester cleanroom grade wiping roll for cleaning under stencils between prints. This material effectively removes residual adhesives, solder pastes and fluxes, with or without solvents. Using our high quality wiping roll will help prevent many common production defects like bridging, smearing, solder balls, and other problems associated with circuit board printing. Due to its excellent airflow characteristics, this material will not compromise vacuum power, optimizing aperture cleaning performance. Made from Sontara® fabric, the one material that does it all. 4000 Series UnderStencil Wiping Rolls are the standard in wiping technology!

A multipurpose, micro-level cleaning material, made from Sontara®, that is specifically engineered to improve cleaning efficiency. In electronics this wipe effectively removes all types of medium, with or without solvents, from stencils, screens, PC boards, squeegees, tools, fixtures and production equipment. SelectaWipes have a high chemical resistance to all current Surface Mount solvents and are manufactured from the same material as our SmartRolls® 4000 Series Understencil Wiping Rolls and 401 Understencil wipe. A multipurpose, micro-level cleaning material, made from Sontara®, that is specifically engineered to improve cleaning efficiency. SelectaWipe rolls are shrink wrapped in a protective static dissipative ESD safe film with superior static control capabilities.
